Zmorph VX and FAB the Multitool 3D Printers
Zmorph goes where ordinary 3D printers just can’t go. The Zmorph printers are exceptional 3D printers – but that’s not the end of the story. The Zmorph printers can transform into a commercial 3D printer, CNC router, laser engraver, back to a 3D printer, desktop 3d printer and so on. Owning a Zmorph is like owning your own mini-factory.
There are now 2 models available in Australia, the VX and the FAB.
Zmorph is the most versatile and the most practical multitool multi color 3D printer that you can put on a desk. With three different fabrication methods and dozens of available materials, Zmorph is designed to be your workhorse, a versatile object making machine and a problem solver. It Prints, mills, cuts and engraves. It has interchangeable heads – two single 3D print extruders, a dual head extruder for multi-colour prints/colour blending, a thick paste extruder, a cnc router toolhead and a laser engraving toolhead.
Suitable equally for the classroom, hobby enthusiast or as a prototype tool. Our 3d printers for schools can be used to create functional prototypes, multi-material 3d printing, in low-volume production, to create architectural models, moulding, jewellery, concept models, rehabilitation tools and components for conceptual artworks. With our 3d printers with laser cutting feature, the machine has endless possibilities.
Use the powerful capabilities of the Zmorph Multitool 3D Printer to create multi-material functional prototypes, complex concept models to share and validate your ideas or for ready to market products.
The Dual Extruder Toolhead enables two coloured, two material and blended colour prints. You can even enhance your models with complex multi-coloured patterns to image map and create extraordinary 3D printed models. The Thick Paste Extruder allows you to print with materials such as chocolate, cookie dough, cream cheese, frosting and ceramics. Use PVA as support material and you’re ready to print the most complex, intricate models, even with moving parts inside. Use water to clean the support and enjoy a smooth finish.
The Zmorph is completely customisable. It can be purchased as a complete bundle with all toolheads. If you do not need the cnc router, the laser engraving toolhead or all of the 3D printer toolheads, you can purchase it as a standalone 3D Printer with either the 1.75mm single extruder head, 3.00 single extruder head, the dual extruder or the thick paste extruder.
Designed to be used straight out of the box, Zmorph have integrated a fully automatic calibration function into the machine. The Zmorph is supported by the Voxelizer software, giving you full control over your 3D printing workflow.
Zmorph is the state of the art engineering solution, addressing needs of designers, architects, electronics, makers, entrepreneurs and educators. Whether you want to make a fully functioning drone, a bluetooth speaker or a plastic enclosure for your project, Zmorph is a solution that is always up for the task.
